Stagaard & Chao Architects, established in 1992, is a professional design organization offering a variety of architectural servicesfor all sizes and categories of building projects and complexes. The partners of the firm, Alan H. Stagaard AIA and Teresita Chao AIA, have over 30 years of experience in a wide range of projects, including residential and multi-family, commercial, industrial, resort and recreational, restaurants, and office space planning, as well as expertise in coastal high hazard design.Stagaard & Chao Architects was founded on a service-oriented philosophy stressing:

These goals are best met by each project being under the control of a partner who is the direct and constant contact between the firm and the client throughout the project. The partnership continually monitors progress, ensuring quality design, budget control, and timely scheduling. Both Partners are certified by the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards (NCARB) and are members of the American Institute of Architects. The partners hold registrations in the states of Georgia, New Jersey, North Carolina and South Carolina.
